Project Surveyor
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role you will research projects, prepare proposals, and coordinate workflow. In addition, you will direct project efforts (survey crews and technicians), prepare construction staking calculations, project communications within the company and to outside stakeholders, and maintain client relationships. As a Project Surveyor you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of surveying experience; bachelor’s degree preferred, an equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted for a degree
- Washington State PLS license
- Knowledge of land surveying principles & practices; working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D in a land survey environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of boundaries and preparation of legal descriptions; understanding of construction staking and calculations
- Valid Washington State Driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance to work at local military installations
- Field experience and the ability to occasionally work in the field as needed
Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Ranges are based on a 40-hour work week.
- $86,132 - $109,388
